Kitchen is smelling gooooooddddd

It’s absolutely delicious, and you can make it nice and juicy from the inside, there are a lot of things you need to take into consideration when baking a cake, because one small mistake can actually ruin everything, for example the eggs you use should be at room temperature, make sure to place the cake in the middle of the oven so that the heat distribution is equal so it rises properly and not only on one side, never have specific timing to bake a cake you should know it’s done when you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean, sometimes the top of the cake is really soft and moist though the toothpick comes out clean don’t worry that means it’s done because when it cools the top part till become solid.

As for the frosting you’ll need:

– 2 sticks of butter ” room temprature”

– 1 1/2 cup of powdered sugar

– 2 Tbsp of cream cheese

– 1 Tbsp Vanilla extract

– 2tsp Orange zest

– 2 Tbsp Orange juice

Mix butter with sugar till nice and fluffy, then add the cream cheese, vanilla extract, orange zest and orange juice. Frost you cake properly and make sure before you frost to drizzle some orange juice so the sponge absorbs it, gives the cake a nice tangy taste.
