These brownies were so good, they were all gone before we knew it lol, but at the same time i made sure to make them low fat and sugar free, the only sugar and fat are the chocolate toppings which i think it’s fine cause it’s not much and they are small bites, so if you control the quantity it should be fine, they are so moist inside it just melts in your mouth, here is the recipe:
1/2 Cup whole wheat flour
1/3 Cup coco powder
1/2 Canola oil
1 Cup or even 1/2 cup of Sweet and low sugar or Canderel sugar
2 Eggs “either you use all or only the whites, or use one whole egg and the second only the whites”
1/2 Tsp baking powder
1/4 Cup crushed pecans
1. Mix oil and sugar then beat in the eggs.
2. Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder, then add to the mixture
3. fold in the pecans, place in a baking sheet and bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
4. When done, cool for about 30 minutes then cut any shape you want and use any toppings you want, i used white chocolate with some pink coloring and regular chocolate.
