Too beautiful to eat

This had to be by far the most beautiful vegetable ever, i didn’t even buy it because there’s no way i would be able to eat it hehe, it’s called Romanesco Broccoli also called “broccoflower” documented in Italy in the 16th century, it resembles a cauliflower, it consists of buds that have self similar character, creating logarithmic spirals, it’s rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin K, dietary fiber and carotenoids.
