Never run out of options when you try to decrease your fat intake during the day specially when it comes to sandwiches, drop the fattening mayo, cream cheese, or whatever fat that you don’t need in spreads, and start applying your own home made olive paste, i was even thinking of making a red pepper paste which i will post about soon, anyways there are endless ingredients of what you could put in your paste, some of you might like it spicy, others black olives or maybe green or even both together, so for now i just did basic and i gathered the ingredients that i like and it turned out fabulous.
– 1 Cup of green lebanese olives “or any that you prefer” seedless
– 4 Tbsp of olive oil
– 1 clove garlic
– Thyme “quantity is optional” i placed 1 Tbsp
– Pepper “i didn’t add salt cause the olives were already salty, but if yours aren’t then feel free to add some”
Toss everything in a blender and blend. piece of cake isn’t it?
Keep your paste in jars that i will also post soon on how to decorate with cute little tags ^_^
