Mother’s yoghurt?

This dish is called ‘Laban emo’ means mothers yoghurt/milk, I have no idea why it’s called that i even asked around and tried to google it but I couldn’t find anything! Mind the cheesy name this dish tastes absolutely delicious.
It consists of chunks of lamb meat, cow yoghurt with goat yoghurt sprinkled pine nuts on top and usually served with rice, there are many recipes and ways to do it but this link has the closest one I ate so u guys have to try it
