A lot of people don’t realize how important water is to our bodies, i was one of those people that could just go through the whole day without having not even one glass of water which of course was totally wrong.
Since i am trying to lose a few pounds now, the best thing that i could do during the day is to drink lots of water, did you know that when your thirsty you can actually start eating more because you are confusing thirst with hunger when all you need is to just actually drink some water?
Our bodies consists of 55 – 75% of water, Muscle consists of 75% water, Brain consists of 90% of water, Bone consists of 22% of water, Blood consists of 83% water, crazy isn’t it?
Water helps transporting nutrients and oxygen into your cells, moisturizes the air in lungs, increases your metabolism, protects our vital organ, helps our organs to absorb nutrients better, regulates body temperature, detoxifies, protects and moisturizes our joints, another good info specially for people who suffer from a lot of headaches and migraines, the brain consists of 90% water, when you don’t get your proper daily intake your brain cannot function properly therefore you get all these crazy pains because it is a sign of dehydration.
I can go on and on forever about the benefits of drinking water, bottom line is “DRINK WATER PEOPLE”!
