April 23 – Day 1

We have started the diet and things are going great! this is what you should eat at day 1

Breakfast:

2 eggs / Half an orange or half a grapefruit

Lunch:

One type of fruit only as much as you want (NO banana’s, mango’s, dates, grapes)

Dinner:

Beef steak or beef minced grilled, you can use the canola spray oil for cooking.

Snacks:

You can have cucumbers, tomatoes or carrots
