April 24 – Day 2

Breakfast:

2 eggs / Half an orange or half a grapefruit

Lunch:

Grilled chicken breast served with tomatoes

Dinner:

2 boiled eggs / brown toast

Snacks:

You can have cucumbers, tomatoes or carrots

The reason i won’t be posting a questionnaire for this day is because during lunch time i just got really sick, not sure what it was from but after i ate the chicken and tomatoes i felt so nauseous and i had to throw up pretty bad “sorry about that” so i ended up the whole day feeling queasy, i’m very disappointed cause it’s not the start that i wanted to have, but the rule is once you don’t feel well you have to stop so i’m gonna have to put the diet on a pause maybe for about a week till i make sure i am in my full strength to go through it.

Since a lot of you were asking about the diet, i’ll post the whole diet in my next post for you who would like to follow it.
